The ITALSAB panini grills are the perfect solution to make real Italian-style panini and bruschetta. Grill your hot sandwiches right before your customers' eyes.
Easy to use:
Self-balanced upper plate with brass brake for easy positioning. Thermostatic control of temperature from 30 to 300 °C (two separate thermostat on double grill PG2). Timer from 0 to 15 minutes (two timers on PG2). Striped plate for better heat transfer to the product.
Fast and efficient:
Takes approximately ten minutes to reach cooking temperature.
The cooking plates are made with cast iron; the wide dimensions and thickness keep the temperature almost constant even during continuos use of the machine.
Minimum electric consumption is guaranteed by thermostatic control of the working temperature.
Easy to clean:
Stainless steel container for wastes easily removable for cleaning.
Safe and reliable:
Nickel wires with PTFE coating for continuos high temperature work.
